ADMINISTRATIVE CIRCULAR NO. 3 DATED 6/10/2005

Sub : Reimbursement of Mobile Phone charges to the Engineers working in the APDRP Divisions.

Considering the nature of the duties of the Engineers working in APDRP Divisions, the issue regarding grant of reimbursement of mobile phone charges was under consideration.

2. Now, the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 8th September 2005 has resolved -

(i) to reimburse mobile phone charges @ Rs.1500/- per month or actual whichever is less, to the Executive Engineers working in APDRP Divisions.

(ii) to reimburse mobile phone charges @ Rs.750/- per month or actual whichever is less to the Dy.Executive Engineers, Assistant Engineers and Junior Engineers working in APDRP Divisions.

3. The cost of the mobile hand set shall be borne by the Engineer concerned.

4. This Administrative Circular comes into force with immediate effect.
